What’s inside a hub
A hub is a curated place for digital artifacts—not a generic cloud dump, and not a full course platform.
- Files
- Videos
- Images
- PDFs
- Documents
- Links
- Notes
- And more
Each hub lives at /hub/:id in the app. Open the link, and you are in.
Private → public → Explore
Hubs do not start public or listed. You choose each step.
Create
A new hub starts private. Add artifacts and shape it before anyone else can see it.
Collaborate
Invite people with roles when you want help. Work stays private until you change access.
Make public
Share a link when you are ready. Public does not mean listed on Explore yet.
List on Explore
Optionally list so people can find the hub in the public catalog and in search.
Optional paid access
Turn on monetization later if you want. Free knowledge hubs stay first-class.
Collaborators and roles
Invite people through the collaboration flow. Roles control what each person can do.
- OWNERFull control of the hub, including ownership decisions.
- ADMINManage settings and collaborators without transferring ownership.
- WRITEAdd and edit artifacts alongside the team.
- COMMENTLeave feedback without changing the contents.
- READView access for people who only need to look.
Hub settings
Settings cover how the hub looks, who can access it, and whether people pay.
- General
- Access
- Monetization
- Storefront
- Analytics
- Marketplace cards can show views, saves, and Aura.
- Creators get analytics in hub settings to see how the hub is doing.
SEO and listing
- Explore-listed public non-adult hubs get bot HTML and sitemap inclusion.
- Public-but-unlisted hubs stay shareable by link, but stay noindex.

Where hubs show up next
Listed hubs can be found on Explore. Your shared hubs also show on your profile when people open your storefront. Monetization stays optional—hubs remain free knowledge spaces until you choose otherwise.
